Jimmy Goode
AI Systems Architect at ZeroShot Studio · Berlin, Germany
I build production multi-agent AI systems and the infrastructure to run them. ZeroShot Studio is a one-person, AI-augmented operation — no employees, no contractors, just Claude and me shipping code to a self-hosted VPS in Berlin. ZeroLabs is where I document what's actually working.
Before AI, I spent a decade building physical communities. Kustom Kommune was Australia's first communal motorcycle workshop — 1,000+ members, $1M+ turnover, zero paid staff. Rolling Stone called it one of the world's most successful community workshops. I also created Dirt Daze (motorcycle festival, 1,000+ campers), Oil Stained Brain (custom motorcycle exhibition, first of its kind in Australia), and ran Adventure Machine (content production for brands like Levi's across India, Vietnam, and the Himalayas).
“I don't start with the model. I start with the workflow, the bottleneck, and the person who needs the tool to just work.”
The through-line across everything I've built is designing for leverage, not headcount. Whether it's a workshop running on volunteer hours or a VPS that deploys itself, the question is the same: how do you build something that punches above its weight?

Editorial & AI policy
ZeroLabs is AI-native, but not AI-unattended. Claude Code, MCP workflows, and custom review agents help draft, test, and package work faster. Final responsibility for accuracy, architecture, recommendations, and opinion stays with a human operator.
Every publishable tutorial is tested against a real stack, checked for factual errors, and reviewed for SEO and E-E-A-T readiness before going live. Version-specific workflows get a freshness signal updated when re-tested. Affiliate or partner links are disclosed in the article itself.
